As a Recruitment Consultant within our Banking & Financial Services team, you will manage the end-to-end (360-degree) recruitment cycle. Your role is both strategic and commercial.
Job Responsibility:
Business Development: Proactively partner with prominent financial institutions, fintechs, and asset management firms to fulfill their hiring needs
Talent Sourcing: Utilize our extensive database, social media, and networking events to identify and engage top-tier finance professionals
Consultative Selling: Act as a subject matter expert, providing market insights and salary benchmarking to both clients and candidates
Relationship Management: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your placements
Requirements:
At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) or a background in corporate sales/business development within the financial sector
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and senior candidates
An ambitious professional with high emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred
