As a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager, you will be at the heart of the business driving B2B client relationships and revenue generation across permanent, contract, and apprenticeship recruitment. Working alongside client development, marketing, and resourcing teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on business development, client management, and delivering results.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from new business generation to candidate delivery
  • Identify and win new clients through sales calls, meetings, and tender/pitch activity
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative client relationships
  • Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates
  • Cross-sell additional services such as training and apprenticeships
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business professionally at all times
