Job Responsibility:
Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for white‑collar professional contractors across two busy sites
Build strong, credible relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner
Provide market insights and support workforce planning decisions
Manage supplier performance, CV quality, and pipeline activity
Maintain exceptional delivery standards across SLAs and KPIs
Work closely with internal sourcing teams to shape recruitment strategies and best practice
Requirements:
Experience recruiting white‑collar contractors or professional‑level talent
Strong stakeholder management - confident, proactive, and able to influence at all levels
Background in MSP, RPO, or agency recruitment (agency experience highly valued for pace and resilience)
Understanding of contingent workforce models and supplier management
Consultative communication style with a solutions‑focused approach
Strong networking, influencing, and relationship‑building ability -prioritised over direct sector experience
Ability to operate effectively in high‑volume, fast‑moving settings
