Job Description

You will be the heart of shaping Westmill’s future – Attracting brilliant people, developing them into high-performing leaders and building a culture where talent thrives at every level from our operational teams to the board. This is an opportunity to design strategies, programmes and experiences that will position Westmill at the standout centre of excellence within the ABF Grocery Group. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, heads of function and peers across ABF to drive continuous improvement and embed best practice. Working with the HR and Marketing departments you will drive the enhancement of our employer brand while taking full ownership of recruitment excellence. This includes shaping attraction strategies, assessment approaches, onboarding standards, and managing key external partnerships. You will maximise the value of the apprenticeship levy, develop leadership and first line management programmes for our management teams, and deliver development initiatives that make a measurable impact on performance and ROI.
