Job Description:

Impellam Group is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to support the continued growth of a key MSP account within the City of London. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring all vacancies are fulfilled in line with agreed KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements. The role goes beyond BAU recruitment, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, and proactive problem-solving to improve outcomes across the account.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary recruitment partner to hiring managers within an MSP onsite account
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Deliver a highly consultative, stakeholder-focused recruitment service
  • Proactively manage and challenge stakeholders in line with best practice
  • Partner closely with the Lorien sourcing team to drive direct sourcing strategies
  • Provide market insight, salary guidance, and recruitment intelligence to support hiring decisions
  • Ensure full adherence to client policies, SLAs, and data integrity requirements
  • Manage third-party agencies where applicable, including performance monitoring
  • Produce accurate MI and recruitment reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, outcomes, and stakeholder relationships
  • Act as a custodian of the Lorien brand, educating stakeholders on our offering and value

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an MSP, RPO, or embedded onsite environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging and challenging senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Motivated, results-driven, and able to act decisively
  • Good IT skills and confidence using recruitment systems and reporting tools
