This opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment while completing a structured apprenticeship programme designed to set you up for long-term success. As a Recruitment Apprentice, you’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, learning how the industry works while supporting the team in sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes for some of the UK’s most recognised brands. No recruitment experience is required — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and ambition to grow.

Job Responsibility

  • Speaking with candidates via phone and email about career opportunities
  • Reviewing CVs and identifying suitable candidates for roles
  • Writing and posting job adverts across job boards and online platforms
  • Searching job boards, social media and recruitment tools to source candidates
  • Building and maintaining candidate talent pools
  • Updating recruitment systems and candidate records
  • Supporting candidate onboarding processes, including documentation
  • Working closely with recruitment consultants to understand job briefs and requirements
