Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern who is passionate about making a difference. In this role, you will directly support applicants and learners joining our healthcare programmes, converting prospects into Generation learners through a robust and effective recruitment funnel. You will gain hands-on experience in learner recruitment activities (e.g. evaluating applicants, event support) to ensure a smooth applicant experience and programme coordination supporting programme-related activities such as field trips and in-classroom activities. Job Responsibility

  • Learner Recruitment Support: Ensure prompt, professional, and friendly management of programme queries through email, phone calls, WhatsApp messages
  • Assist in the screening and selection of learners for upcoming programmes and ensure close alignment with organisational targets
  • Assist in organising and planning recruitment events
  • Programme Support: Support the team with organising and executing programme-centric events (e.g. program information sessions, field trips, classroom activities, career fairs)
  • Support the team with solving programme-related challenges to optimise the learner experience
  • Any other organisational support tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a diploma or undergraduate programme (open to all disciplines)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
  • familiarity with Excel is a strong advantage
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities
