We are seeking a recruitment Coordinator to support our team for a contractual role. This role will be administrative heavy, high volume recruitment with short turn around time, attention to detail, follow up with candidates to ensure they are following steps in the system to process their application and onboarding. Tight timelines, high volume. Work Schedule: must be flexible working on site or hybrid and on different schedules. Pay rate: $23- 25/hr. Work Model: Hybrid 2-3 days in office.
Job Responsibility:
Accountable for supporting the team to complete high volume full life-cycle recruitment process
providing coordination and administration support to complete the recruitment process
Identifies opportunities to build and improve on various existing processes, programs and current standards that directly impact recruitment activities in the business
Assists and participates on special projects as assigned such as hosting/identifying Talent and Networking Events
Is present on site at our client location in Stayner, Ontario whenever required
Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years of experience in high volume recruitment preferably within an agency environment
College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
Demonstrated written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
must be bilingual French and English
Some knowledge of recruitment trends/technologies, staffing/employment practices
Good project management and organizational skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
