Job Responsibility:

Own the end-to-end onboarding and safeguarding compliance for educators
Manage documentation, risk assessments, and HR queries with precision
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
Drive process improvements and champion safer schools

Requirements:

Experience in compliance, safeguarding, HR, or onboarding
Detail-focused, people-first mindset
Strong communication, organisation, and ethics
Experience in education or a regulated sector (ideal)
