Job Description

Office Angels are recruiting for a well-organised and process driven Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to join a large scale and exciting construction project based at Devonport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a varied and challenging role where you can really make a difference and be part of a fantastic project. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, starting in September 2025.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and candidate records
  • Update and align the staff mobilisation tracker with the organisational chart
  • Support monthly reporting through the operative tracker
  • Liaise with labour desks and recruitment agencies to meet staffing forecasts
  • Review CVs and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and initiate vetting processes
  • Provide weekly mobilisation updates and forecasts to key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
