Job Description:

Office Angels are recruiting for a well-organised and process driven Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator to join a large scale and exciting construction project based at Devonport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a varied and challenging role where you can really make a difference and be part of a fantastic project. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, starting in September 2025.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain accurate and confidential employee and candidate records
Update and align the staff mobilisation tracker with the organisational chart
Support monthly reporting through the operative tracker
Liaise with labour desks and recruitment agencies to meet staffing forecasts
Review CVs and coordinate interviews
Conduct pre-employment checks and initiate vetting processes
Provide weekly mobilisation updates and forecasts to key stakeholders

Requirements:

Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Clear and professional communication
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
