Proactive and people-focused role delivering a high-quality, responsive and compliant recruitment service that supports vital frontline and corporate services at Birmingham Children’s Trust. This is a fixed term role for 2 years, reporting to the Recruitment Partner.
Job Responsibility:
First point of contact for recruitment and general HR queries
Provide competent, practical advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs
Support hiring managers through the recruitment lifecycle
Ensure a smooth journey from advert to onboarding
Manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
Maintain a high level of accuracy when working with systems, pre-employment checks and payroll-related information
Requirements:
Experience within a recruitment or HR environment
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Can work and flex their capabilities in a busy and high-demanding environment
Communicates confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
Understands the importance of compliance, safeguarding and accurate record keeping
Solution-focused and flexible in approach
Passionate about inclusive recruitment and promoting equality of opportunity
Thrives in a collaborative, values-led environment
Must have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK
Willing to undergo background checks with Experian including Right to Work and Digital ID verification
