Job Responsibility
Delivering high-quality, cost-effective recruitment and retention activity across the organisation
Working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver successful recruitment campaigns
Providing expert advice on selection processes
Supporting approaches to attracting talent
Supporting with senior and executive recruitment activity
Supporting managers from advert through to appointment
Supporting the management of temporary agency arrangements
Analysing workforce data
Contributing to employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
Experience in recruitment or HR, including managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Knowledge of recruitment legislation and best practice, including safer recruitment, right to work and DBS requirements
Experience analysing and interpreting data to inform recruitment decisions
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
Strong digital skills including Microsoft Office and use of social media for recruitment
Experience working with stakeholders at different levels
Degree-level education or equivalent experience in recruitment
