Job Responsibility

  • Delivering high-quality, cost-effective recruitment and retention activity across the organisation
  • Working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver successful recruitment campaigns
  • Providing expert advice on selection processes
  • Supporting approaches to attracting talent
  • Supporting with senior and executive recruitment activity
  • Supporting managers from advert through to appointment
  • Supporting the management of temporary agency arrangements
  • Analysing workforce data
  • Contributing to employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or HR, including managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of recruitment legislation and best practice, including safer recruitment, right to work and DBS requirements
  • Experience analysing and interpreting data to inform recruitment decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong digital skills including Microsoft Office and use of social media for recruitment
  • Experience working with stakeholders at different levels
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in recruitment
