Job Description:

Recruitment Administrator with Account Management to join our friendly and sociable team. You will find yourself working alongside experienced Consultants who have been with the business for over 10 years, learning from the best and helping make an impact on the job market across South West London. You will be working to support our permanent team, recruiting for candidates across core office functions in South West London on a permanent and contract basis.

Job Responsibility:

Working closely with the team to provide full administration support
Advertising roles on various platforms
Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates
Point of contact for our existing candidates, answering queries and supporting
Registering candidates - interviewing and compliance
Updating candidate and client information using Salesforce
Liaising with clients - looking after various requirements
Social media updates

Requirements:

Experience in an administrative role
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Exceptional attention to detail
A proactive approach, used to working in a fast-paced environment
