Job Description:

Office Angels Birmingham are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our client's fantastic team in the heart of Birmingham. We are looking for someone with spark, passion, and personality to support our client's team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
  • Receiving and reviewing applications
  • conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for
  • Being the first point of contact for the business, managing shared email inbox and incoming calls with enquiries
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Administrative compliance
  • Carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation

Requirements:

  • strong communicator (both verbal and written)
  • proactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong recruitment administration or compliance background
  • creative and like to voice your own ideas and put them into practice
