Office Angels Birmingham are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our client's fantastic team in the heart of Birmingham. We are looking for someone with spark, passion, and personality to support our client's team.
Job Responsibility:
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
Receiving and reviewing applications
conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for
Being the first point of contact for the business, managing shared email inbox and incoming calls with enquiries
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
Administrative compliance
Carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
Requirements:
strong communicator (both verbal and written)
proactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong recruitment administration or compliance background
creative and like to voice your own ideas and put them into practice
