Job Responsibility:
Working closely with the team to provide full admin support
Advertising roles on various platforms
Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates
Point of contact for our existing candidates, answering queries and supporting
Registering candidates - interviewing and compliance
Updating candidate and client information using Salesforce
Payroll using our inhouse system
Liaising with clients - looking after various requirements
Requirements:
Experience in an administrative role
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
Exceptional attention to detail
A proactive approach, used to working in a fast-paced environment
