BAE Systems in Preston is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to provide back-office support to the recruitment function. This role is data- and reporting-focused rather than candidate-facing recruitment, making it ideal for someone with strong admin skills and an eye for detail. Some recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting recruitment teams with back-office and administrative tasks
Producing and maintaining recruitment reports and figures
Working with data sets to track recruitment activity and performance
Using Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting
Providing a high level of internal customer service to stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience in customer service and/or office-based admin roles
Confidence working with data, reporting, and figures
Good working knowledge of Excel
Recruitment or HR administration experience is desirable
Nice to have:
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
Reliable, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
