We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our team. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment journey for both candidates and hiring managers.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and sending confirmations
Manage candidate communications and maintain applicant tracking systems
Prepare job adverts and post vacancies across multiple platforms
Support onboarding processes, including document collection and compliance checks
Liaise with hiring managers to collate timesheets and other information
Calling temporary workers on a weekly basis
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Provide general administrative support to the team
Assisting with marketing and social media
Assisting consultants with sales activities and developing the database
Requirements:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Previous administrative experience
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work
