Job Description

Temporary Recruitment Admin position in Holborn, Central London for 3 months. First point of contact for candidates and contractors in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle queries promptly and professionally
  • Verify right-to-work documents and ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Provide essential administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Collect candidate documents and efficiently upload them to the correct files/systems
  • Draught and send offer letters in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update compliance trackers accurately
  • Prepare interview packs
  • Ensure all candidate and recruitment information is uploaded to the system accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for supporting the recruitment process
