We are seeking a high-energy, self-starting Recruitment Administrator to support a high-volume desk. Managing roles across, Project Management and Corporate sectors. This role is for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
Job Responsibility:
Managing recruitment workflows for a large portfolio of Corporate roles
Drafting and posting job ads, creating job briefs, and handling pickups
Efficiently shortlisting candidates against specific criteria
Utilizing SuccessFactors and MS Office suite to track candidate progress
Maintaining a strict, process-driven approach to ensure compliance in a high-volume environment
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office and SuccessFactors (highly preferred)
Must be process-driven and capable of managing high volumes without constant supervision
