Job Responsibility:

  • Understanding job roles and requirements to effectively assist in candidate screening
  • Confidently screening applicants over the phone to assess suitability
  • Navigating LinkedIn and utilising LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates
  • Sending diary invites on behalf of the recruitment team and arranging interviews
  • Drafting offer letters and collecting personal information from successful candidates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of job roles and the recruitment process
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and navigating LinkedIn effectively
  • A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
