Our client is seeking a metrics‑driven Recruiting Supervisor to lead a team of 7–10 high‑volume recruiters in a fast‑paced environment. This role drives production, quality, margin discipline, and recruiter development while maintaining strong performance accountability.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and performance‑manage a team of 7–10 recruiters
  • Drive daily/weekly production goals and team KPIs (coverage, fulfillment, margin, losses)
  • Run daily stand‑ups and metric reviews
  • Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed‑to‑fill, and quality screening
  • Monitor losses, margin adherence, and operational accuracy
  • Partner with leadership on staffing forecasts and real‑time coverage strategy
  • Build scalable, efficient recruiting processes and develop top talent

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in high‑volume staffing or recruiting
  • Proven success hitting aggressive production targets
  • Strong coaching, KPI leadership, and performance‑management skills
  • Data‑driven, accountable, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments
  • High ownership mindset and ability to build team bench strength
