Our client is seeking a metrics‑driven Recruiting Supervisor to lead a team of 7–10 high‑volume recruiters in a fast‑paced environment. This role drives production, quality, margin discipline, and recruiter development while maintaining strong performance accountability.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and performance‑manage a team of 7–10 recruiters
Drive daily/weekly production goals and team KPIs (coverage, fulfillment, margin, losses)
Run daily stand‑ups and metric reviews
Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed‑to‑fill, and quality screening
Monitor losses, margin adherence, and operational accuracy
Partner with leadership on staffing forecasts and real‑time coverage strategy
Build scalable, efficient recruiting processes and develop top talent
Requirements:
2–4 years in high‑volume staffing or recruiting
Proven success hitting aggressive production targets
Strong coaching, KPI leadership, and performance‑management skills
Data‑driven, accountable, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments
High ownership mindset and ability to build team bench strength
