Job Responsibility

  • Developing and finalizing job descriptions in collaboration with HR representatives
  • Day-to-day recruitment and applicant management for permanent employees, temporary workers, and trainees
  • Collaborating with agencies and staffing firms (profile requirements, pre-screening, coordination)
  • Posting job openings and selecting appropriate job portals, including performance analysis
  • Prescreening of incoming applications and handling applicant correspondence
  • Organizing and, if necessary, conducting interviews
  • Administrative tasks (e.g., works council consultations, temporary employment contracts, contract preparation, rejection letters)

Requirements

  • Completed business training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in recruiting or human resources management
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • A structured, meticulous, and reliable work ethic
  • A strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and organizational skills
