We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist, Colombia that can support the People & Culture (HR) department in Colombia on recruitment efforts in an international setting, internal movements related to performance or disciplinary process and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-driven and a team player HR Professional. You are motivated, confident, and ready to take on challenges. You thrive in a high-speed environment, and you have strong communication skills and an empathetic-service mindset that make you a trusted partner to hiring managers at all levels. This role is key to building diverse and high-performing teams.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring managers in different parts of the world to define clear job requirements, sourcing strategies, and create attractive, inclusive job descriptions within the Colombia market
Design and execute a internal/external candidate recruitment process for Colombia
Find and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, digital channels, and other creative sourcing methods
Conduct interviews in English and Spanish, ensuring fluid and respectful communication
Support candidates throughout the entire process, providing clear and timely feedback for Colombia, North America and International Markets
Support hiring managers in leveraging LinkedIn, their networks and improve time-to-hire
Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills and fit, and apply assessment tools to validate abilities and preferences to find the best fit
Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process
Promote inclusive and equitable selection practices
Keep recruitment tools and candidate databases up to date
Support in the internal movement, performance and disciplinary processes by applying company policies and practices and Colombia labor practices
Requirements:
2+ years of recruitment/ HR experience within an international setting
Good understanding of Colombia labor practices
Is proactive, organized, and able to create and maintain effective structures
Is passionate about recruitment and brings a positive, energetic attitude
Feels comfortable working in an international, agile, and fast paced environment
Thrives working independently but values the benefit of good collaboration
Speaks English fluently (professional level speaking and writing)
