This Recruiting Specialist (Direct Search) role is focused on international IT talent acquisition for a leading consulting firm. The position requires hands-on experience in direct sourcing, talent pipeline management, and the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology, and fluency in Polish, German, and English. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing pipelines, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate journey. Job Responsibility:
Closely interact with colleagues and hiring stakeholders across Poland and Germany, building a strong understanding of our IT consulting services and target profiles
Define effective international sourcing and recruiting strategies (market mapping, target-company lists, channel mix) and execute them in day-to-day direct search activities
Proactively run direct search across different countries, identifying and approaching passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases/ATS, communities, events, and referrals
Build and continuously maintain talent pipelines for priority countries and skill clusters, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future demands
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate journey, communicating our value proposition clearly and professionally at every stage
Guide candidates through the end-to-end recruiting process: first contact, qualification, interview coordination across time zones, feedback management, and offer support
Contribute your own ideas to improve direct search effectiveness: testing new channels, messaging approaches, and market-specific tactics
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in proactive sourcing / direct search, ideally for IT roles (e.g., IT Architects, IT Consultants) and in a fast-paced or consulting-oriented environment
Proven track record using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing tools, and talent databases/ATS/CRM to identify, approach, and pipeline passive candidates
Strong ability to translate role requirements into effective search strategies (e.g., market mapping, target-company lists, persona building) and to manage multiple vacancies across different countries in parallel
Communicate fluently in Polish, German, and English (spoken and written)
