We are seeking a versatile Recruiting Sourcer to join our global recruiting team and assist in our hiring efforts for various technical and non-technical positions. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and connect with top talent, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates for Addepar's open roles. While your primary focus will be supporting our Engineering & Product pipelines, you will operate as a versatile member of the Talent team, occasionally pivoting to support other operational roles as business needs shift. You will be responsible for market mapping, talent pipelining, and executing data-driven outreach strategies to engage passive candidates in a competitive landscape across EMEA.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and sourcers to deeply understand the requirements and technical nuances of our Engineering & Product teams
Primarily focus on building Engineering & Product pipelines, with the flexibility to pivot to Sales, Services and G&A roles based on evolving business priorities
Utilise tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to develop personalised, high-conversion outreach
Lead initial phone screens to evaluate technical competency, experience, and overall fit
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Greenhouse, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Coordinate closely with recruiters and scheduling teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and talent acquisition best practices
Requirements:
Proven track record of sourcing technical talent across the EMEA region
Proven track record in talent sourcing, with a blend of in-house and agency experience
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Deep knowledge of the regional and global talent market for technology and finance roles, along with the employment laws and regulations
