LiveKit is looking for a Talent Coordinator & Sourcer to support our growing team by owning the day-to-day execution of hiring and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first touch to start date.
Job Responsibility:
Own interview scheduling end-to-end
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates
Maintain a clean, accurate ATS
Support offer coordination and pre-boarding
Track pipeline health
Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to source candidates
Conduct initial resume screens and outreach
Help build and maintain talent pools
Draft and update job descriptions
Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics
Maintain employee records
Assist with benefits enrollment questions
Support People Ops projects
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in Talent Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, or People Ops
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communicator
Familiar with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)
Able to manage competing priorities
High level of professionalism and discretion
Comfortable in ambiguity and energized by building structure
Nice to have:
Exposure to sourcing technical roles or working with engineering teams
Startup or high-growth company experience
Interest in growing into a Recruiter or People Operations role long-term
Familiarity with basic employment compliance or HR best practices
