Job Description:

LiveKit is looking for a Talent Coordinator & Sourcer to support our growing team by owning the day-to-day execution of hiring and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first touch to start date.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Maintain a clean, accurate ATS
  • Support offer coordination and pre-boarding
  • Track pipeline health
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to source candidates
  • Conduct initial resume screens and outreach
  • Help build and maintain talent pools
  • Draft and update job descriptions
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics
  • Maintain employee records
  • Assist with benefits enrollment questions
  • Support People Ops projects

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Talent Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, or People Ops
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Familiar with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and energized by building structure

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to sourcing technical roles or working with engineering teams
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Interest in growing into a Recruiter or People Operations role long-term
  • Familiarity with basic employment compliance or HR best practices
