By partnering with hiring managers and executives at Power Design, the staffing specialist identifies, sources, interviews and assesses top quality candidates for positions in the organization.
Job Responsibility
By understanding the recruiting needs of the organization, find talent and make recommendations for hire
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, executives and existing employees as well as a potential candidate network while always providing excellent customer service
Find and hire employees with the company values who meet or exceed the criteria of the role
Create and maintain search engine optimized-job descriptions and job library in Taleo
Participate in department projects and process improvement efforts to increase efficiencies and success
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) or more years of relevant recruitment and/or staffing experience required
Must be able to establish priorities, have a drive for quality results, meet deadlines and multitask
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with all levels of staff and management, with discretion as needed
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet strict, changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
experience with applicant tracking systems preferred, but not required
Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth
