We’re hiring a Recruiting Operator. Someone who treats recruiting like a sport. You’ll help build the teams that build Rilla — partnering directly with leadership to find and close top performers for our GTM and Engineering roles. This isn’t an HR role. It’s an operator position for people who love moving fast, owning outcomes, and obsessing over results.
Job Responsibility:
Run the top of the funnel for sourcing, messaging, and qualifying world-class talent
Build a predictable, data-driven recruiting machine (1,000+ personalized InMails/month)
Partner with hiring managers and execs to understand what elite looks like in each role
Identify patterns — from athlete traits to startup grit — to refine who we hire
Track conversion metrics, analyze funnels, and optimize pass-through rates daily
Protect the bar. Never settle for average
Requirements:
Little to no recruiting experience
Background in sales, operations, finance, or analyst-type roles
