A rapidly growing lifestyle and consumer products company is seeking a Recruiting & Operations Specialist to support hiring initiatives, employee onboarding, internal communications, and business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to both people operations and business administration.
Job Responsibility
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking efforts
Conduct candidate screenings and interview coordination
Manage recruiting pipelines and applicant tracking systems
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs
Coordinate onboarding and employee setup activities
Assist with office operations and vendor management
Support company-wide meetings, training sessions, and events
Prepare reports and maintain internal documentation
Assist with special projects related to organizational growth
Requirements
2–4 years of recruiting, HR, operations, or administrative experience
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
Experience supporting growing companies or startup environments is highly desirable
