Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Recruiting Operation Assistant to join our team. As a Recruiting Operation Assistant, you will provide valuable support to the Recruiting Manager and Recruiting team. This role does not require prior experience, but it demands high attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at once. It is focused on internal processes, coordination, and data as the position does not involve direct communication with candidates or sourcing activities. If you are comfortable working with large volumes of information and can prioritize effectively, this role will be a good fit.

Job Responsibility

  • Write and publish job descriptions on corporate websites, LinkedIn, and local job boards
  • Organize internship programs for junior IT specialists in different countries
  • Create clear instructions and learning materials for stakeholders of hiring process
  • Coordinate application flow and keep hiring processes organized
  • Prepare candidate CVs for client interviews
  • Prepare engaging marketing materials for candidates
  • Collect recruitment data and metrics to prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve recruiting ATS for stakeholders
  • Support the Recruiting Manager with information research, call scheduling, and ad hoc tasks
  • Help the recruiting team solve day-to-day operational issues

Requirements

  • Student or graduate
  • Able to work full-time or part-time (6-8 hours per day)
  • Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and handle large volumes of information
  • Organized, attentive, and able to maintain focus in a dynamic environment
  • Polite, easy-going, and comfortable in communication with different stakeholders
