We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead technical hiring efforts for specialized roles across aerospace, defense, gaming, simulation, and cybersecurity. This contract opportunity is based in Florida and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while building strong partnerships with candidates, hiring teams, and clients. The position focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, strengthening talent pipelines, and helping deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple concurrent searches.
Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and leadership openings, from intake discussions through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using recruiting platforms, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach to identify suitable talent
Evaluate candidate backgrounds through screening conversations and assessment processes to determine technical alignment, experience, and overall fit
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to clarify role requirements, set search priorities, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process
Oversee multiple active requisitions at once while ensuring a high level of responsiveness, organization, and candidate experience
Guide candidates through interviews by providing preparation, updates, and timely communication at each stage of the selection process
Support recruiting best practices by tracking activity in applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate pipeline documentation
Mentor recruiters or contribute leadership support by sharing effective search methods, market insight, and process improvements where needed
Requirements
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Strong background recruiting for technical positions such as software engineering, systems engineering, cybersecurity, or related disciplines
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality, urgency, and strong stakeholder service
Experience with corporate recruiting, high-volume recruiting, and executive-level searches
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn and comfort using modern sourcing tools and recruiting technologies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage both candidates and hiring stakeholders effectively
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or fast-moving environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
