Our client, a small financial services firm, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their organization. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee Talent Acquisition within a growing, well-established firm. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting leadership experience, thrives in an evolving environment, and is comfortable managing and developing teams while remaining hands-on when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within a financial services environment, required
  • Proven experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including campus, lateral, and senior-level hiring
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Highly adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable stepping into an evolving role with expanding scope
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
