Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required
8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within a financial services environment, required
Proven experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including campus, lateral, and senior-level hiring
Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Highly adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable stepping into an evolving role with expanding scope
Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
