Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a Recruiting Manager for the Finance & Accounting division. This role focuses on building relationships, delivering recruiting solutions, and partnering with clients to connect with top talent in the finance and accounting sector. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting talent, business development, and utilizing market insights and resources to execute strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Leverage prior consulting or recruiting experience to identify, recruit, and place highly skilled finance and accounting professionals
build and manage long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates
partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and grow market presence through outreach and client engagement
assess talent to ensure a perfect client-candidate fit
stay updated on market trends and execute successful recruiting strategies
collaborate with colleagues to meet client needs

Requirements:

Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or consulting (preferred but not mandatory)
exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
familiarity with the finance and accounting sector is a plus
proactive problem-solving and results-driven mindset
bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
