We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for a long-term contract opportunity based in New York, New York. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented recruiting specialist who can balance strategic hiring planning with hands-on execution across corporate and executive-level searches. The successful candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to build strong candidate pipelines, maintain a high-quality hiring experience, and support recruiting activities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and leadership roles, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support
Build and maintain sourcing strategies that attract candidates with relevant experience through direct outreach, networking, research, and talent market insights
Partner with hiring managers to define position needs, align on candidate profiles, and establish effective interview and selection processes
Manage executive recruiting efforts with discretion and a strong focus on candidate experience
Track recruiting activity, monitor hiring progress, and communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Ensure hiring practices are aligned with established HR policies and applicable employment guidelines throughout the recruitment process
Strengthen talent pipelines for current and future openings by developing proactive outreach plans and maintaining candidate engagement
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to support timely decision-making and efficient movement of candidates through each stage of hiring
Requirements:
Proven experience managing full cycle recruiting across corporate functions and senior-level positions
Strong background in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including direct search and market mapping techniques
Demonstrated success handling executive searches and working with confidential or high-visibility hiring needs
Solid understanding of corporate recruiting practices, interview coordination, and candidate relationship management
Familiarity with HR policy considerations related to hiring, compliance, and recruitment processes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring leaders and internal teams
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
