Job Responsibility:
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process
Source candidates using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative techniques
Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit talent
Develop candidate pipeline strategies
Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs
Requirements:
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 6 years of experience in Technical recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience
At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports
Experience in Campus Recruiting
Nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
At least 1 year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
