Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process
  • Source candidates using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative techniques
  • Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit talent
  • Develop candidate pipeline strategies
  • Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs

Requirements

  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 6 years of experience in Technical recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience
  • At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports
  • Experience in Campus Recruiting

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
  • At least 1 year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
