Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
Manage and maintain applicant tracking system to track candidate pipeline and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Train and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices are followed
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure a competitive advantage
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role, preferably within the [insert industry or similar industry]
