Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join a thriving manufacturing organization in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition efforts for technical and hands-on positions within a growing workforce. Job Responsibility:

Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for manufacturing roles, including machinists, technicians, and engineers
Source, screen, and engage candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workday HRIS
Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective placements
Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
Provide insights into market trends and talent availability to refine hiring processes
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and track candidate progress
Collaborate with leadership to establish workforce strategies for a rapidly expanding team
Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards throughout the recruitment process
Deliver high-quality candidate experiences while balancing organizational needs

Requirements:

At least 10 years of experience in recruiting for manufacturing positions, including technical and hands-on roles
Proven expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding
Familiarity with Workday HRIS and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines within a growing company
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and providing strategic hiring insights
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Must be able to work onsite in Oak Ridge, Tennessee
