As the Recruiting Manager for our B2B business lines, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for driving hiring across Forward Deployed Engineering, Gov, and Partnership roles in North America. You will play a critical role in ensuring OpenAI attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier talent to drive our growth and impact across regions. This role reports to our Global Head of G&A and GTM Recruiting.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Collaborate with leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities globally
Implement and optimize scalable recruiting processes to achieve quarterly and annual hiring targets
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate hiring effectiveness
Manage a limited number of high-impact requisitions, focusing on strategic B2B leadership hires
Requirements:
8+ years of business recruiting experience
At least 3+ years in a people management role
Proven experience in both startup and large-scale environments
Expertise in global GTM recruiting, with experience across multiple regions
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to improve recruiting strategies
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement
