We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead end-to-end hiring efforts for a Contract position based in Morristown, New Jersey. This role will oversee talent acquisition strategy across corporate and executive searches, helping the organization attract high-caliber candidates through thoughtful sourcing and disciplined recruitment practices. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with stakeholders to align hiring activity with business needs.
Job Responsibility
Direct the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding support
Build and manage pipelines for corporate and leadership-level roles by using targeted outreach, market research, and proactive candidate engagement
Partner with hiring leaders to define position expectations, advise on talent availability, and shape effective search approaches
Evaluate applicants and guide interview processes to ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience
Lead executive recruiting activities with discretion and professionalism, including outreach to passive talent and stakeholder updates
Apply recruiting best practices and HR policy knowledge to maintain compliant, fair, and well-documented hiring processes
Track recruitment progress, identify bottlenecks, and communicate hiring insights and recommendations to internal partners
Requirements
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions and leadership hiring
Strong background in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including proactive outreach and market mapping
Demonstrated success supporting executive-level searches with a high degree of confidentiality
Solid understanding of corporate recruiting processes, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management
Working knowledge of HR policy and its application within recruitment activities
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced hiring environment
