We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving talent acquisition efforts, particularly within the media and advertising space. This is an excellent opportunity to manage high-volume recruitment while collaborating with stakeholders to find and attract top-tier talent.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of media positions, from initial intake to offer negotiation
Oversee multiple high-volume requisitions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent across media disciplines
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical expertise and cultural alignment
Provide stakeholders with valuable market insights, including talent trends and competitive intelligence
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to standardize processes and share best practices
Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms to streamline sourcing and candidate management
Deliver exceptional support to high-profile accounts or client-facing teams, ensuring recruitment needs are met efficiently
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Recruiting Manager, ideally with experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of various media roles, such as planning, buying, analytics, and performance marketing
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment in dynamic, fast-paced settings
Prior experience supporting complex accounts or client-facing teams is highly desirable
Excellent skills in stakeholder management and clear, detail-oriented communication
Ability to work independently while adapting to changing priorities and ambiguous situations
Expertise in sourcing techniques and familiarity with modern recruiting platforms like Greenhouse
Knowledge of HR policies and best practices to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
