As a Recruiting Manager, you will grow and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and recruit top finance and accounting professionals for full‑time roles. You’ll deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates, provide career guidance, and attend industry events to strengthen our local presence. Our Financial Services Group serves clients primarily across venture capital, private equity, real estate, hedge funds, family offices, fintech, credit unions, banks, wealth management firms, and RIAs.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and expand client relationships via video, phone, and in‑person meetings
Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals in permanent positions
Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
Leverage advanced recruiting technology and AI‑powered tools to source, shortlist, and engage top talent efficiently
Participate in industry associations and events to increase visibility and influence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
CPA and/or MBA a plus
2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting, finance, OR recruiting experience
Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and high sense of urgency
Ability to leverage finance and accounting expertise to grow the business
