Job Responsibility
Source, identify, and recruit high-caliber technical candidates through various channels including databases, job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients ranging from small businesses to enterprise organizations
Conduct client outreach through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and inbound lead management
Lead client discovery meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure strong alignment with client requirements
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer negotiation and placement
Negotiate and establish client contracts and recruiting agreements
Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and compensation benchmarks
Leverage modern tools and technologies, including AI-driven sourcing and CRM platforms, to enhance recruiting and business development efforts
Track activity and performance using CRM and business intelligence tools
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, account management, or business development
Proven track record of achieving performance metrics in a revenue-driven or quota-based environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close business opportunities
Professional presence with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Nice to have
1+ year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing experience
Experience within technology-related industries (e.g., SaaS, IT services, technical staffing)
Familiarity with IT concepts, systems, or the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience using CRM and sourcing tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
