Job Description

Breef is seeking a Recruiting Lead on a part-time basis to own and drive our talent sourcing and pipeline efforts. This individual will take a lead role in building strong candidate pipelines across Marketing, Sales and Operations functions. You will partner closely with business leaders and department managers to understand hiring needs, source top talent, and manage the end-to-end candidate introduction process. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level to experienced recruiter looking for a flexible, high-impact role within a fast-growing startup.

Job Responsibility

  • Own sourcing strategy and execution across open roles, partnering with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Find, engage, and activate candidates through various sourcing methods and channels
  • Lead candidate introductions and screening calls, documenting and sharing feedback with the appropriate Hiring Manager for each role
  • Craft and send recruiting communications consistent with Breef's process and guidelines
  • Maintain and improve ATS hygiene across all active pipelines
  • Share insights on market conditions, candidate availability, and sourcing performance with the leadership team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, or a similar role, preferably at a technology company or startup
  • Proven track record building pipelines across multiple functions including Marketing, Creative, Sales, and/or Tech
  • Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • A self-starter who can operate independently and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
  • Naturally relationship-driven and excited to share Breef’s mission with potential candidates
  • Organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail
  • Excited by the energy of a high-growth startup and eager to make a real impact
  • Passionate about the marketing, creative, and tech industry
