Job Description:

The Global Mobility Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role focused on providing in-depth support for mobility initiatives and immigration processes, including advising on mobility programs, managing expatriate assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and improving operational efficiencies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contributes country-specific insight into mobility initiatives
  • Provides high quality and efficient mobility support to employees and business managers
  • Advises Managers, HR and employees on all mobility programs
  • Counsels on payroll, benefits, taxes, immigration and relocation
  • Prepares cost projections/relocation estimates
  • Conducts expatriate briefing sessions
  • Acts as the primary contact for Expatriate employees
  • Manages the performance of mobility vendors/service providers
  • Coordinates with payroll staff for tax purposes/pension
  • Ensures compliance with taxing authorities’ requirements
  • Administers and completes PERM Labor Market processes

  • Must have experience working in a Human Resources department
  • Advanced English level
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle competing priorities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize high volume applicant resume review
  • Minimum of 2 years US business immigration experience
