We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition operations within a fast-paced aeronautics environment. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience while ensuring recruiting processes run efficiently and compliantly. This position partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate hiring activities, maintain data accuracy, and support candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate candidate interview scheduling and associated logistics, including travel arrangements as needed
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process
Provide post-offer support and assist candidates with onboarding preparation
Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Conduct requisition audits and ensure timely closure of roles
Support compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and recordkeeping
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring timelines and business needs
Requirements
Experience in administrative support or customer-facing roles
Prior experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Nice to have
Experience supporting recruiting or Talent Acquisition teams
Exposure to hiring events such as job fairs or career days
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working in highly collaborative environments
