About the Role: Capital Vacations is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team! This pivotal role will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for Sales, Marketing, and Sales Support positions. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Proactively identify and attract top talent using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
