This role supports a team of recruiters in a fast-paced organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. This position involves working effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, demonstrating strong communication skills, and adapting to shifting priorities to help build a talented organization.
Job Responsibility
Schedule interviews for candidates, serving as the point of contact for confirmations and sending interview invitations
Work closely with candidates and hiring managers, including senior managers and leaders, to coordinate interview schedules
Manage complex scheduling, which may involve coordinating multiple interviews for a single candidate with different points of contact
Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email
Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status reports
Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide necessary materials
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Requirements
9+ months of administrative or coordination experience
A bachelor's degree is required
Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to have
Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
