We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Louisville, Colorado. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless hiring process by managing interview logistics, maintaining applicant records, and supporting communication between candidates and hiring teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to recruitment operations in a consultancy environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage scheduling for candidate interviews, including virtual and onsite logistics
Maintain precise and updated records in the applicant tracking system, including job postings, candidate progress, and role closures
Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing timely updates on interview schedules, next steps, and application outcomes
Gather and organize interview feedback while ensuring proper documentation of hiring materials such as applications and reference checks
Facilitate employee referral programs by tracking submissions, communicating with participants, and maintaining program records
Share recruiting updates and announcements across internal platforms, such as the company intranet
Review resumes to identify candidates with relevant experience for open positions
Requirements:
Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or related administrative roles is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Strong written and verbal communication abilities to ensure clear and accurate interactions
Keen attention to detail to maintain accuracy in records and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Paylocity is advantageous
Ability to manage scheduling and logistics for interviews with efficiency
Nice to have:
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and onboarding practices is a plus
