Our client is a global alternative investment firm in the financial services industry. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team, primarily within the campus recruiting function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering a polished candidate experience while supporting internship and analyst recruiting programs.
Job Responsibility:
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates, recruiters, and internal interview teams
Manage candidate communications and application tracking in Greenhouse (or similar ATS)
Post roles to college job boards and manage campus applications
Support offer-related steps such as paperwork, background checks, and reference checks
Assist with campus recruiting programs including internships and analyst training programs
Coordinate campus events, meetings, and presentations
Serve as a point of contact for incoming interns and analysts and support onboarding
Coordinate candidate travel and vendor communications when needed
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of relevant experience (recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or similar)
Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and comfort interacting with all levels
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize effectively, and follow through independently
Proactive mindset with initiative and problem-solving ability
