Job Responsibility:

Schedule interviews with candidates and assist them throughout the interview process
Arrange travel for visiting candidates
Track candidates using the firm’s ATS and maintain and ensure data accuracy
Support employee onboarding including background checks and offer letter administration
Act as a point of contact to assist employees with HR systems and general inquires
Assist with all ad-hoc projects to support talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of related experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases required
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
